The police badges there are a nice touch, but the overall texture of the bot is way too grainy-looking. It looks like he was rolled around in pepper or something. I know you were going for an aged, rusty look but it just looks way too contrasting and evenly spread all over. Maybe if you softened up some of the larger, flatter areas, and focused on making the angles and seams of the metal bits more rusty/corroded with a few small spots of corrosion/scratches here and there to add visual interest.
