Thank you! I don't think having the exit the game once to turn this off was annoying at all since it gave me what I wanted. The whole powder ganger thing was pissing me right off. I still had to kill the generic poweder gangers in ncrcf but it didn't effect them giving me missions so I got that done and could get the ncr mission and then kill them all anyways. Endorsed!
i don't understand why the only way to start a quest to kill a bunch criminal is to become a criminal yourself lol. Anyway this fix works great *Endorsed*
Just found another mod which starts a whole new quest line which eventually allows you assault the prison without talking to Eddie. I haven't tried it but ill be fair and let you guys know its out there I just found it.

I do agree with you that "someone(tm)" should have made it a "free start mission" or something like that like the mod you linked to.
