just tried downloading manualy coz wanted the poster to use and it dont work in the geck it just looks like the floor i have tried archiveinvalidation and still nothing where did u get the poster from?
If you're asking about the Wanted poster, it is based on original artwork by Chester Ocampo. If it's for your own personal use, of course that's your business. But if it's for a mod, please note that the artist does NOT grant permission for use in other mods unless you obtain his written permission (please respect his wishes, he's a nice guy).
This is EXACTLY what I would expect from a player house. Seemingly simple but very well built with detail and charm. It is a beautiful creation that I use as main hideout. I love the consistency and role play, so I love this mod. Good look and good optimisation, very lore-friendly and NO CHEATED : Thanks
A really great mod. I was looking for a place like that for ages. Stiil, one question, how could it happen that in a concrete building there are metal walls?)
Thanks Gastings, I'm glad it suited your needs. This mod does require a little use of the imagination. For one thing, the interior dimensions don't fit (the interior of this structure would actually project into the next building). As to your question, most of the buildings in the area are made of concrete or brink, yet the non-trashed ones have dry-wall interiors. The materials don't have to match. But I won't seriously try to defend it. The simple fact is, the original version of this house with its Megaton-style metal exterior (link on the description page) just didn't look that good, so I made this alternate mod for a different feel and a little more convenient location. I used this house for one of my playthroughs and decided to make it available to others.
Thanks for explaination) By the way, I think, this all can be explained in-game. So, there are two ruined buildings nearby, and their interiors were so badly destroyed, that the guy who did this shack utilised metal plates to make one cozy apartment)
The red exclamation marks indicate texture files that your game cannot find.
By default, the game does not load new texture files that a mod adds, such as for the posters in this mod. You need something like ArchiveInvalidation (or the ArchiveInvalidation feature in Fallout Mod Manager) to ensure that custom textures appear.
ArchiveInvalidation: http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/37004 Fallout Mod Manager (recommended): http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/36901
Yes it's a pain to have to jump through this hoop, but you're going to have the same problem with other mods that use their own textures. Also, be sure that you actually did extract all the files in the mod's zip file, not just the esp.
