   I use Pipboy Remover by vivanto (http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/35557)
    
   The bulge or what-have-you where the Pipboy should be is just a result of the armor retexture (CaBaL120's Book of Water: http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/39873) and the fact that the Pipboy isn't there.
    
   A lot of the pictures on the Book of Water mod page have PipBoys in them, but here's one that doesn't: http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/images/39873-5-1320496433.jpg
