It seems like the latest version of EVE has already patched this? Basically I checked in FNVEdit (the EVE ISFX patch in this mod page only has an esp) and this mod changes absolutely nothing from the EVE FNV all dlc esp. IT IS THERE, but all of the records are identical with the records from EVE. So I guess that means the sounds from EVE and Improved Sound FX are already complement each other! Yay!
The problem: Interior Lighting Overhaul demands the NV.Interiors_ComboEdition.esm as masterfile.
But in order to run AWOP with chucksteel´s NVInteriors Project I have to use NVInteriors_ComboEdition_AWOP.esm and NVInteriors_Combo_AWOP_Tweaks_DLC.esp and it´s explicit said that: " Do not use with NVInteriorsComboEdition.esm "
Basicly that means I can use only 2 Mods. Interior Lighting Overhaul either with AWOP or with NVInteriors but sadly I´m not able to use AWOP + NVInteriors + Interior Lighting.Overhaul.
Maybe you could just skip/erase the NV.Interiors_ComboEdition.esm as masterfile demanding.
