Whenever you put it on, you get the message telling you you're dressed as a member of the NCR. Are you actually, or did you just forget to remove the script for that message?
Yeah, you are still dressed as a member of the NCR. Whenever I go into the BOS Bunker wearing this they start shooting me, but if I don't wear it then they don't shoot.
