Gives Basic starting equipment in the Goodsprings schoolhouse, still good if you use any of the pre-order packs

The Starting Equipment you get in New Vegas is not really good. AWOP gives options for that, but the load-outs are too powerful. so i made a balanced start with basic weapons of all skill types. This goes great with any of the Pre-order packs, and you can find your new gear in the safe in the Goodspirngs Schoolhouse.
Heres what you get
- 9mm pistol with 80 rounds
- Cowboy Repeater with 100 rounds
-Caravan Shotgun with 50 of both buckshot and slugs
- Laser Pistol with 120 energy cells
- Laser Rifle with 100 microfusion cells
- 10 sticks of dynamite
- Hatchet
-Spiked Knuckles
-5 Stimpacks
- 3 Doctors Bags
- 500 caps
- Leather Armor
- ALL Varmint Rifle mods ( cuz u get the rifle for free from sunny)
