@ walrus2517 Actually, I think there's already something like this in the NVEC pack. In my case, I had other mods that had to come after NVEC so they were overwriting this particular section and it was still bringing up the message boxes. With this separate module, I can put it lower in my load order and have the change back.
@ Hectasword Yeah, especially since they're such short messages anyway. If they were going to keep them as pop-up boxes then they should have at least waited until the companion's dialogue line was over instead of just appearing mid-sentence.
