Lots of areas I'd like to see around Freeside and the west side area opened up. Meantime, I'm definitely getting this as Bonnie Springs has always been kind of a wasted area to me. Thanks.
Did not experience any conflicts with AWOP either, however it does need some refining, cash register is hanging halfway off the bar, door to the store clips with the vanilla door, and I found a missing texture in the recruitment office. These are in addition too the the issues noted by JONA, still, said I would endorse if it worked, so I will.

I did notice one or two imperfections(?) if these help? The door to the electrical store says Binniesprings rather than Bonnie Springs like everywhere else. A few posters in the electrical store would have been good- it looks a little sparse. The main door out of the tavern is badly aligned as you go to exit. No wash basin in the rest rooms- yuck!? The little store is very well stocked, the Vipers don't like Nuka-cola then!? Lol.

Near Cerulean Robotics theres a boarded up A Cuppa Joe or maybe it's a bakery...idk I forget (been a while since I have been there). Maybe you could open it up...always felt that area was really empty and you had no need to go there after the quest to get Fisto.
Love the concept and want to add it in, but... have you tested it with AWOP? There's a new sewer entrance around there, as well as a named raider if I remember correctly.
