      I don't play/mod anymore, at least for now...but I can only guess it's because you have dlc's, and it doesn't work with them :/

   I have NV Goldedition version.
   This mod doesn't work in Lv50.
   I recommand this mod for Full DLC users:

   does this work with the DLC? I've tried others and I always have to resort to the "setgamesettings" workaround
