Load the geck and open your mod. Look at the 'cell' box (should say Interiors)
That's a list of every single inside room the game has. Pick one and double-click it. Like say, GSDocMichelhouse This being Docs house in Goodsprings.
Find your weapon in the list of objects, then simply slide that object into the chosen Interior. It'll appear in mid-air. Press and hold Z, then click and hold the object and drag it downward to the floor, or use X and Y to move it over a counter or dresser. Save it and that's that.
