This is what I don't understand about mod authors. They create a bad ass mod and then they either give up or abandon it. If your going to start something finish it. and don't release something that is buggy as fuck. Also i'm not dissing on the mod but face it it is unfinished and needs quite a bit of polishing. This is why I am going to learn the geck and mod creation. Because I will finish what I start.
Well, s#*! on my head and call me a pancake, I wondered which mod was causing the stankass horde of terrain and object placement bugs. God dammit, and I really liked what this mod adds, too. *sigh*
Loved this mod, but aside from being abandoned, there's loads of errors and visual bugs. Anyone still looking for an "urbanized" new vegas, check out some of Irishbutcher's stuff. Not nearly as in-depth, but it's better than nothing.
I crash without fail whenever I try to travel to the 188 trading post. It even CTD's when I try to go there on-foot. I need to test this, but I'm pretty sure it's this mod that's causing it.
edit: Installing every memory-extending mod for NV under the sun (and I do mean 'every'), I went from crashing 100% of the time, to 50% ofthe time, lol. I still recommend this, by the way.
yeah, this mod adds a lot of stuff, which combined with nvint and other addition mods overloads new vegas's 2-4 gb of ram, and it can't handle it at times. even with 4 gb patch and various optimization is also crashed for me in primm, i had to uninstall it.
Out of Memory means that you are using all 4gb of Ram that you allocated to the game. This means that you have to either use lower resolution texture mods, lower some graphics settings, and/or remove some mods. If you are using 20+ individual mods to retexture New Vegas, then you are gonna have a bad time with the game crashing with Out of Memory issues or loading screen crashes. Stick to around 10 good texture mods with medium choices max. I'd suggest using lower resolution textures.

Try to install and run the FNV Anti-Crash mod.
Install: Zan AutoPurge Crash Protector - New Vegas Edition - https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/49319?tab=files&file_id=1000022803
Use NVTF
Use Mod Limit Fix
Use Heap Replacer
To additionally help with Out Of Memory crashes enable the games built in cell purging. You need to install the jipln nvse plugin.
create FalloutCustom.ini in My Documents/My Games/FalloutNV or in Mod Organizer 2/Vortex

It's probably NMC then.
