This mod is probably dead now, but for those wondering what the deal is with the missing mesh error for the Proton Arm Blade is, it's because the weapon points to an incorrect folder location. It points to "weapons\Armblade_proton.nif" when it should point to "weapons\micalov\Armblade_proton.nif". This can easily be fixed in FNVEdit in 30 seconds.
Hey this is a pretty cool mod. I'm not sure if you take suggestions and even if you do, this might seem a little off-the-wall, but what about using the one handed melee animation for one or two of these instead of the unarmed? long enough blade placed just right on the wrist and we're talking a pretty cool slashing weapon, too.

My guess is that the required animation would be similar to brass/spiked knuckles.
