On the left side of the Object Window there should be a long list of things including NPC, Weapon, etc. One of them is Miscellaneous. Click the plus sign next to Miscellaneous and you can find Script. Click Script, then the list of scripts will appear in the Object Window. The scripts where the Count is marked with an asterisk (*) are the ones added by the mod. Double click on the script name to open it up.
To comment a line out, just put a semicolon (;) at the beginning of the line. Be careful when editing scripts if you haven't before, since they're quite sensitive. When you close the script and hit yes to save changes, it will refuse to close if you screwed something up.
Feels similar to raiders carrying 10mm. Although they are more likely to land a hit I guess. Also this is offset by the fact that you can farm DLC weapons for much more cash returns...
Yes, even if you fix the script, your current playthrough still won't be fixed because it's a one-time injection into leveled lists and became permanent in your save when you loaded the unfixed mod originally, sorry.
I found that commenting out that line made for a satisfactory number of .45 Auto Pistols for the raiders in-game. Try commenting out more lines that add it to raiders' weapon lists.
I have this problem And fixed it using these instructions, thanks guys, though I did have to rebalance the .45 pistol, police pistol and 556 pistol to have lower damage more close to vanilla guns while staying close to similar guns with same caliber.
Could you please also Integrate the Courier's Stash DLC? At least so the Lightweight Leather Armor has a 50% chance to spawn instead of a regular Leather Armor for NPCs and the Lightweight Metal Armor has a 50% chance to spawn instead of a regular Metal Armor for NPCs
I loved NVEC for a long time before I started massively modding New Vegas on my own. I appreciate the crap out of you and you didnt even know it lol :D
Its shameful and saddening when sincere mod authors are treated badly for their work or not given credit for a lot of things. What most of us tend to forget is that you guys sacrifice a lot of your time to give us content for free; for which, THANK YOU!!
Any chance of getting a version that adds AFTER the DLC is finished? iirc the game already does this but only for venders.. been a while since I played and modding up for a new playthru.

If you had this mod in your savegame already, then a new game is required for those changes to take effect.
If you've never ran this mod in your savegame, then a restart isn't required.
