I don't know why, but he keeps duplicating for me. I used the placeatme thing to get him back to me, as i think he was waiting around the rocket area as i'm at the point of the quest where i have to go around collecting the parts for the rocket. After I walked outside and talked to him, his companion wheel showed up and seemed to be working but everytime i leave it, another Harland pops up next to us????
For some reason he's not appearing in the repconn building, does he appear in a certain area? or have I done something wrong? his files in the FNV data file so I dunno what went wrong. ono
Looks like the 2_1 download is missing the \Sound\Voice subdirectory, which is why there is no audible dialog; whereas 2_0 does have it. So merge them.
