   All it does is place a shack just North of the Goodsprings gas station. Inside is a male NPC labeled Big Dick Rick with Remnant power armor and pink hair. He's standing next to one of those red heart shaped beds. There's no dialoge when you click on him. Not sure what the intent of this mod is.
