there is a mod that sorta does that, Werewolf Suit by Orangedemi if you install it properly you will get a formula that transforms you into a werewolf like creature, a dart gun that shoots said formula at people, campfire recipes to cure the transformation, and 2 piece suits (head and body) that can be worn like armor.
I like mixing the werewolf head with the spacewolf armor from the 40k armor mod
note there is a weird graphical glitch with the mod that causes limb to stretch off into the sunset but version 2 has a zipped fix folder inside
Actually that's not how it works. Early werewolf mythology describes werewolves differently.
The first recorded werewolf story was the Ancient Greek story of Lycaon, which was about a king that ruled Arcadia. Lycaon wanted to test Zeus' omniscient ability by murdering his son and dismembering him. Zeus punished Lycaon by killing all of his children and transforming him into a werewolf.
In medieval East Europe: A person was to become a werewolf if he meets a stranger that offers a wolf pelt. The story works like this. A person is lost in the north-eastern woods and is dying of the cold. He may meet an unknown stranger (who is supposedly a secret demon). The stranger will appear to try and help you. He'll offer you a wolf pelt, saying that it should keep you warm in the freezing forests. You likely won't realize it's a trick. If you were to accept the wolf pelt: You would become cursed with Lycanthropy. The victim will become a werewolf by the time he falls asleep. Instead of becoming a werewolf during a full moon, you are permanently a werewolf. After killing an innocent victim you transform back into a human to suffer the emotional pain of murder. You eventually change back into a werewolf by the time you fall asleep again. You remain a Lycanthrope until the demon or something divine lifts your curse, or if you are killed (And No!!! Garlic, silver, or alcohol is not the only way to kill a werewolf... Any method works).
It wasn't until the late Renaissance Age, where Germany and France adopted the idea of people becoming a werewolf in the full moon and changing back in the day.
In 1764: Werewolves were reported in the French province of Gévauden by eye-witnesses. This was called the "Beast of Gévaudan" by Cryptozoologists, and remains a mystery to this day.
Now anyway... I seem to have written a gigantic essay. Hopefully this was um...? Educational?
When I go to goodsprings he is invisible and I cant talk to him, the only way for me to see him is to use thermal vision and even then he is just dots on the screen
I have a book on werewolves/shapeshifting. Have u heard of peter stubbe? Romme werewolf hunter was based on a true story back in the 1700's? and he turned during the day sometimes and sometimes at night but he turned back whenever.

I'm sure you'll get it some day. You can get help from experienced modders maybe.
