   Now THIS is kinda how the Vault civic jumpsuits should've been in F3/NV (unlike the utility ones)! We only need someone who does a re-modelling and re-texturing for all civic jumpsuits and their armor parts. I wish I could if I knew how :(

      That would be the grappler's gauntlet, which is a part of the "Tailor Maid" mod. I recommend the mod entirely!
