Don't you just hate how, despite the abundance of fungus growing in caves, the actual Cave Fungus item is so rare in the Mojave? Sure, if you have the Honest Hearts add-on you could go truck up to Zion and get some, but what if you're on a new save and just want to make some friggin' Hydra? Well, this mod makes it a bit easier to get that stuff!
This mod replaces every instance of one of the static Fungus Stalk objects (NVFungusStalk02, to be exact) in the Mojave with the pickable Cave Fungus plant from Honest Hearts. Except for its color, the model for the pickable version is identical to the static one, so this should look pretty good in just about every cave it's in.
Note that this mod contains no files from Honest Hearts and requires the DLC. It just makes it possible to get Cave Fungus without actually having to do the Honest Hearts quest or cheat. Also note that by sheer coincidence, quite a few of the locations this mod adds Cave Fungus to are a bit dangerous. For some reason NVFungusStalk02 ended up being put down next to Nightstalkers a lot. Oh well!
Oh, and install it with the Nexus Mod Manager. Or just plunk it in your Data folder. It's an .esp is all.
