I am encountering a very annoying problem when using this mod when I reach the town of Primm. The mod respawns a soldier that probably got cut from the vanilla game. Thing is, the soldier I think is suppose to spawn at the security post at the underpass, and instead is spawned within Primm itself triggering the convicts or spawned at the wall near the bus wreckage, either appearing inside it or spawning above it in the air. Does anyone here know of a solution to this problem? I already changed the order of mods to load, putting this one higher up the list but it does not resolve this issue.

Ok ok. So in order to use 3dnpcs without the face bugs I had to use bLoadFaceGenHeadEGTFiles=1. This again resulted in the female guard with a white face and black body.
the fix:
1.Set bLoadFaceGenHeadEGTFiles=1
2.Go into the Geck and load FalloutNV.esm 3. Go into the actors tab then the npc's tab 4. Double click on 188GunrunnerGuardNightA and Change the race from Caucasian to African American 5. Close the relevant windows and hit the save button in the geck. Save the esp as whatever you want (to save plugin space I just merged the NPC record/edit in one of my other patches) 6. Viola, your npc is fixed
HOPEFULLY she's the only npc that's like this in outsidebets, but if you find anymore follow the same process. Remember to set the npc's race to whatever their BODY indicates. This bug only happens on African American actors I believe so you'll most likely only ever have to set npc's to that race.
Alternatively, in FNVEdit just do a search for the FormID 000E6645 and copy the record as an override into a new .esp, and change RNAM - Race to AfricanAmerican and you'll be good to go.

is anyone also having a problem with a gun runner guard in 188 trading post having a skin mismatch? yes i do have the command of the load faces active, just wondering
Even though the mod to attack Novac has been deleted by the author, this mod still performs and substitutes it just fine. I love seeing the presence of NCR or Legion after you take over Camp Forlorn Hope or Nelson. Not to mention, keep those boys alive because the Legion has a sick merchant with every legion item you would want. Great mod.
