   It doesn't work. Pacer just walks up to his room and walks around, and I can't talk to him.

      i had the same problem the only solution i came up with was sneak kill him and wait in the room for the kings to turn friendly again when the quest updates as if u convinced the kings to stop the violence.

      "Do Not use this mod wth the mods New Vegas Uncut 1: Rotface to Riches, New Vegas Uncut 3: A Van Graff Scorned, or New Vegas Uncut 7: Pacers Gambit, as these three mods are ALREADY integrated into this mod. using the old versions will break those quests."

      No, it's included in Freeside Open, as are "Rotface to Riches" and "A Van Graff Scorned".

   So I have no idea how to activate this. I've been actively looking for alternate paths and fast traveling to camp mc'caran to talk to Hsu after every stage. There is never any additional dialogue. There are no additional options... when and how does this begin?

    Freeside Open is awesome, but my old laptop doesn't have the power in it to run a huge, open Freeside.
