I play in Very Hard but with my character build and weapons I tear through enemies pretty quickly. I went looking for mods with super powered enemies that take a lot of bullets and pack a huge punch, and I downloaded about 5 mods with these. I must say that this is the only one that provided a real challenge. No companions, 40 stimpacks, 10 turbos, 1 Slasher, 5 Zee Red Hammer (Bellevue Bill Regal Rises), multiple mini nukes (Big Kid and Regular), 2000 (optimized) rounds from the Sprtel-Wood 9700, and 5000 armor piercing 5.56 rounds from The Rabbit (Milkman Mod) and this beast finally went down after 5 or 10 minutes. I then used console commands and resurrected it so I could fight it again!
I found that it was difficult to attack the creature with mini-nukes and it seemed many of them missed it, so I stuck mostly to conventional weapons. Also, even with Turbo, the creature still runs faster than you. These are not complaints; just observations.

I believe I was playing "Casino Heists" and in one part it provides some ultra powered C4 explosives. Just for giggles I used one against the Ancient Mother Deathclaw and hilariously it blew her up in one hit.
Just to say thank you for all the downloads an Endorsments. never thought it would even get over 10 downloads let alone 769. Anyway Thank you guys may try something different in the future. Happy modding!
