so, some bad news I guess. I can't seem to get my own mod working anymore. it is possibly because I installed the altered version of the m39. I honestly don't know. I tried testing it, but without wiping out all my mods and fully reinstalling fnv, fo3, and ttw, I can't be sure, and I am sure not going thru all that when I am also playing fallout 4.
so that's it. mod seems to be broken, I can't figure out why. leave a comment if the mod works for you or doesn't work for you or whatever.
I have to clean the front of my seat because i came in my pants! This is the mod i've been waiting for since i installed New Vegas. Thank you, i really mean it, thank you! Please, tell me what you changed. I want to change all the "semi" automatic guns to REAL semi automatic.
I guess I should have answered this question a couple years ago.
but basically I swapped the animation with the "all american" semi auto rifle animation. I think it was "attack6" in the animations drop down list. that made more of a difference than any alterations to attack speed or modifiers.
