From storage point of view I find it best if a place has Sections for each type of armor, weapons plus a few ammo boxes. Space for mannequins is always good too! Just installing your great khan home, will be back to endorse ">

I have your great khan one tracked for install at somepoint. It would be great if you could open up a place in jacobstown, of suitable size for a supermutant! Perhaps more storage and crafting stuff though
