Debug Mega Pistol isn't cut, it's still attainable in the game via console commands. The developers just put it in so they could use it to kill problematic things that were glitching.
there are 2 things wrong with what you said: 1. all cut content is obtainable through console commands 2. the debug Megapistol, Distinigrator, faderator, and plasma rifle always crit where not to remove glitching items that where for the creators to finish the game really fast

1 ) Noah didn't state that ALL cut content can be obtained through the use of the console. he said the debug megapistol was.
2 ) Your second point should've read as follows: "the cut weapons were created; not to remove problematic objects in the game world, but to be utilized during testing for faster battles." which is just being nitpicky at this point but hey: it is being nitpicky for a reason.

The Remnants Tesla armour is actually obtainable at the end of Arcade Gannon's companion quest. If you answer his questions about his friends in a certain way he will say he wants you to have the Gannon family power armour. Only criticism I have about the mod is that one little thing, otherwise good job this has made things a bit more fun for me.
You should really remove the Debug Mega Pistol, Distinigrator and Plasma Rifle Always Crit. Those were cut for a REASON. Reason being, horribly over-powered and game-breaking. they were used specifically for Obsidian's testers.
Did you add them in spawn crates or on enemies? I ask because that's a lot of work. Several hours not only to make the content playable, but sifting through containers item by item, crate by crate.
