About this mod
A simple script embedded in a book to set all your SPECIAL attributes to 10 whilst still being able to log Steam achievements

First off yes this is a cheat mod...
As I have completed the game a few times already and am now playing it purely for fun and the Steam achievements I wanted to use cheats...
upon doing so i realized that cheats stop steam registering achievements :(
so i created this mod to set my S.P.E.C.I.A.L points to 10 and now i have decided to share it with you...
so enjoy the game and enjoy the "Steam Legal" cheat...
Version 1A
It is found on the bar in the Prospectors Saloon...
The book cannot be taken, just activate it and All your S.P.E.C.I.A.L points will be set to 10(a message will appear...)
Version 1B.2
There is another S.P.E.C.I.A.L book at the entrance to Ulysses Temple that will set your Strength to 9.
Just remember to activate it before entering the temple... also I removed the book from the canyon wreckage.
Anyone who wants to use this mod in one of their own I only ask that you give me credit for it.
