A bunker in near Jacobstown. Don\'t expect any overpowered items.

Like my previous Fallout 3 Hidden Bunker mod this one adds one near Jacobstown. It has a dormitory, bathrooms, kitchen, storage with all necessary tools for crafting and cooking. There is also an Enclave Eyebot inside that will keep an "eye" on things while you are away. Note that if you kill it will not respawn and it will stay dead. The Ham Radio on the desk in the hall plays music like a normal radio and the Oven in the storage room works just like a camp fire for cooking. The map is NPC and follower friendly so no strange bugs. I took the liberty to decorate a bit and add some items(1x APA,4x Plasma Rifles,Plasma Pistol,Plasma Mine,some skill books,Plasma Grenades,Ammo) if you feel that using the items is cheating then DON'T TOUCH THEM ! They look nice just sitting there anyways xD . and as far for the APA u can't use it unless you have Power Armor Training. I wanted to add some more items to it but I decided that it's better not and leave the player to decorate and do everything himself.
