I wouldn't recommend using this mod I personally had flickering issues with this mod other users reported this issue as well. Edit: It doesn't include charges textures and it doesn't include any ai up scaling as the author said.
No AI and no charge texture. I work all texture with the GIMP and only diffuse map, i dont touch the mipmap for keep performance. Just open the folder and see the size of the texture before says that.
I know it's not wonderfull textures, It's just a slight improvement for no performance cost. It's just a base for other mods because this one changes everything. I understand the fear of using AI, but that's not the case here. All textures are made one by one with Gimp with compression DXT1 or DXT5 for textures with alpha channel.
No idea what people are on about with this mod, I haven't had any issues with it whatsoever, and have been using it for years. They are just upgrades to the vanilla textures, If you are having issues with it congrats you somehow managed to incorrectly install a texture replacer mod. You should probably stop modding your game as you don't know how to do it.
This mod is really hit or miss. I would caution against using every file blindly- some of them do in fact look WORSE than vanilla textures as mentioned by other users. You're better off cherry-picking the ones you need and testing them from there... I'm surprised so many youtuber's out there recommend this mod in their "FNV REMASTERED" videos and whatnot... Indicates a general lack of attention to detail.
I second this. After checking the ones that where not already overridden in my personal mod list I had to decide to hide an additional 59 textures in favor of vanilla. Out of the remaining 305 I'm still using about 200 as a replacer from this mod, all of these however are basicly sharpend textures of which most only look a very minor bit better and I'm still left with various doubts as to choose vanilla on them.
Edit1: I installed the other equipment Mod Wasteland Clothing after this one and both were combinated and solve all the issues, this mod for fallout 3 was incredible but the NV Version I think has some bugs that Wasteland CLothing corrects, download that mod if you want it corrected.
Are any of these not just upscaled and sharpened? I've compared a bunch to the original, and the sharpening makes them look worse than the originals in the long run.
Will u ever upload the Hall of weapons thingy? i think if am correct something went wrong but it would be awesome if we got the guns in the equipment quality, thanks

Red exclamation point is missing meshes.
This mod don't touch meshes, only textures.
