   This seems to be a somewhat common mistake, but you shouldn't put a comma(,) in front of every 'and'.

   DLed. I haven't reached any of the walled communities yet, so I don't know if it works, but I like the idea. Fast travel is certainly useful to have in general, but I find it gets anti-immersive if overused, so little reasonable limits like these are good IMO. I'd also like to see a mod that disallows fast travel while in a sand/rad storm, that way getting caught out in one would actually matter (I'd make it myself in a heartbeat, but I don't know how yet).
