If there was an option that doesn't include the borderline cheat items in the arms locker (I know the stuff on the bed is already pretty good but you dumped about 20-30 thousand caps' worth of weaponry in it, if the followers had that amount of cash to throw at weapons lying around, they'd have better armed guards; actually now that I think of it, giving better s#*! to the safehouse guards > dumping endgame gear on the player - it could use a sniper guard on top of the existing ones), it would be a perfect mod. Still a good mod though, the changes are quite nice, and it really does look safe.
I can finish touching up the 3 i have made and then put them all into one. makes it a bit easier for some people if they have their own and want a certain one from someone.
a really good idea would be to make a mod that combines all the safehouse upgrade mods into one. i personally like the upgrade mods and so far i have them all.
