THANK YOU! I know it's 11 years later but thank you haha felt much more comforting that I could end the mod the way I intended. Thought I was nice enough to Dean in first conversation even set up the holograms for him when I left him at the rooftop to start the gala event....pecker head.
Also anyone using MO2. If you manual download you ALSO have to enable the .esp in your MO2 plug-ins panel. Not just in the NV Launcher. Gotta do both.
I've tried installing both ways, manual and through Vortex, but neither works.. none of the options appear even though I have the blackmail holotape and the medical report. Is there something I've done wrong?
The Flowers version doesnt seem to work. it makes him non hostile and exits the dialogue, but if i talk to him again i can't get any further without angering him. going to try the regular one now.
I can't be absolutely certain as I have some mods for bugfixes, but I'm quite sure you can. At least I did. Did the Christine quest even before the Dog one. The game automatically assigns you the order Dog, Dean, Christine, but you're free to override that.

This still works like a charm.
Maybe check your load order if it does not.
I loaded the mod right before the talk with him.
