This rebalances the various ammunition types loosely based on the effect values used in Fallout 2 and Fallout Tactics.

The basic version requires nothing, while the DLC addon requires Dead Money, Honest Hearts, Old World Blues, and Lonesome Road.

This is a rebalance of the various ammunition types loosely based on the effect values used in Fallout 2 and Fallout Tactics.

A full change list may materialize at a later date if the current values seem to work well.

Basics
--------------------------

Some basics on the 'universal' changes:

- Ammo effects that altered condition were left alone
- AP ammo gets -15% Damage and +50% DT Penetration (-5% and -15 by default)
- HP ammo gets +60% Damage and -20% DT Penetration (+75% and -300% by default)
- Hand Load ammo gets +20% Damage (same as default)
- Surplus ammo get +10% Damage (+15% by default)
- P+ ammo gets +10% Damage and +20% DT Penetration (+10% and -2 by default)
- Bulk Ammo gets -10% Damage (-15% by default)
- Junk ammo gets -10% Damage (-25% by default)
- Special ammo gets -20% Damage (-25% by default)
- Flamer Fuel ignores DT

Do note that those base values may be further altered by the inherant values of whatever ammunition they're applied to.
