   There was a similar mod, called Bullet to the Head or something. I can't find it anymore, so it's good to have your mod.

   Hey, I was looking for something like this! really, OWB experience should scale with level instead of being locked at "High level", especially since the lobotomites are fairly unarmored and give high XP.
