This is an older post, But if you see this, I suggest using the Fallout: The Odyssey Mega Armor Pack's Enclave MKO Power armor, as it is is reminiscent of Horrigan's armor. ( It does require Titans of the New West )
I'm trying to make an NPC using the assets included in this. I'e installed everything according to book. And yet I cannot get a head to show up on my otherwise nice NPC. I am using the "smuthead.nif" for the meshes in the GECK. But where do I go to for the textures?
open console, type "search super armor" and add items as you wish (helmet, armor, gloves). next, as fartnigga47 described down below, remove the pipboy with "player.removeitem 25B83 1". player head is invisible in character creation.
It worked for me - i'm big & scary af. Cannibalism, here I come.
This is gonna be a long shot, but does anyone know if it's possible to make the outfits conform to the Super Mutant skeleton so they can be worn by NPCs?

Idk if i did something wrong but seems like a skeleton issue tho
