Doc Mitchell wears settler clothes, even though he came from a vault. Though it may be reasonable to assume he adapted once leaving Vault 21, I personally feel he deserves an outfit more fitting for a doctor and surgeon.
Though he gives you a Vault 21 Jumpsuit when you leave, who's to say he doesn't have multiple pairs? I'm sure he brought more than one outfit with him when he traveled across the Mojave.
There are two files. One gives Doc Mitchell a Vault Lab Uniform and Pip-Boy, the other just a Vault Lab Uniform. The former is so it can be compatible with my Pip-Boys to the People mod. For reasons why Doc Mitchell should have a Pip-Boy, please see the description for that mod.
