   i like this idea, BUT i think i would rather have a dart handgun u can sneak around and make simple ammo for it since it be small and make no sound.

   the cazadar venom is it the poison glands?? if so does it show at the workbench to convert them into the tranq venom, if not then how do you make the cazadar venom into the tranq venom?? any help would be great.

   Hollow darts is made of scrap metal, and tranquilizer venom is made out of cazador venom things that they drop when they die. You need some medical experience to make tranquilizer venom.
