Unless it's a conflict with another existing mod, Die Young doesn't work. The game only saves when exiting or entering a building, auto-saving, while exiting via main menu doesn't work at all. Also, due to this issue, this means when you die, you just respawn at the autosave point, so you can continue playing this game as long as you want.

Can someone tell me how this mod makes the game any more difficult if it saves literally every time you press the ESC key? Edit: Oh god, and I just had to delete over 1,000 unnecessary scripts from this mod that were added for god-knows-what reason. It was overwriting dozens of scripts from my other mods. I wish someone would update this mod to actually work as advertised.
I know it's been three years since you posted this comment, but I figured I'd answer you regardless: you get a dialogue option with Trudy to ask for a drink. That saves your game.
