    RobCo Certified overwrites the FortCaesarScript, so it conflicts with some mods (in my case it was Way of the Wasteland Warrior) that make changes in the same script. Use something like FNVEdit to find the conflicting mod, or download this plugin and load it at the end of your load order.

    hey i'm having trouble making the ceaser lobotomite everytime i hit him it says you've removed the tumor

      I get the prompt but nothing happens even with 0/6 robo cap and all parts. I think Caesar is bugged.

      did you maybe already made the hanlon lobo?
       seeing as you can only make 1 of them in a playthrough

      I've got this bug with Caesar without having made "lobo-hanlon"

      Was Caesar Dead? That'd be the only way to make a lobo out of him

      Yes, Caesar was already dead (with his head intact). When I used the brainsaw and clicked the button, nothing happens and it says "you successfully removed the tumor"

      I know this is a bit old but did anybody find the solution if not fine I just really want mecha ceaser.
