Issue with Lobotomites and Ammo (3 comments)

    In short: I created a Lobotomite companion and gave them a cowboy repeater; I give them the ammo but then it immediately returns to my inventory. They equip the guns but don't keep the ammo. Got another Lobotomite and gave him a service rifle, again same issue. Refuses to keep the 5.56 in their inventory. Forcing it via console commands seems to work as a temp solution till I save and reload it then it comes back to my inventory.

    Anyone know why this is happening?

      Only mecha-lobomomites can equip ranged weapons, otherwise only meele weapons can be equipped.

      Ah, I see. Probably missed that somewhere, thanks for the update. Now it makes more sense, thought it was a bug of some sorts
