   Just Read the readme. it say you can find Robco remote upgrade at Repconn hq.Already at there but cant find the Schematics and dont know which floor.

      Nevermind Already found it. It at Repconn Top Floor then office that has terminal that can disable robot
      in front that you find the Small wooden desk with Tape on top.
