I remember using the robco armorizer mod on him before, and the result was that he looked like a normal ghoul, with no glowing parts at all. So all the glowing parts are also a part of the suit as well.
No I've force equipped this before. Shows ragged clothes and glowing parts...glitches through your hair for some reason, but still has regular player face.
