    i can picture some epic gun battles in this. the only places in the game that would have a parking garage would be the strip and the airports, theres really no room near mcarran but across the road from the freeside entrance might work well

    Edit: Oh poo, just saw the DLC dependencies and I only have OWB. When I open it in the GECK it doesn't load anything. Is there no way I can use this resource without all the DLCs?

    I gave that a shot, but there's really not enough space there, the back half of it is hanging into the poorly decorated wilderness around the city's "world". There's also only one road back there and two exit ramps. Amusingly the left ramp ended up going down straight into a loading dock at Michelangelo's studio, but there are no doors in the back of the zone so you can just walk straight into the empty space in the building rather than zoning into the studio.

    Also doesn't make sense to me. House wouldn't have allowed a local resource to go unused. Since functional cars don't exist, he'd either have torn it down or turned it into something.

    And wherever it does get placed, it should definitely have squatters in it - probably fiends or vipers or other raiders/creatures that can be exterminated guilt free.

    I kind of thought about placing it right next to the Vault Museum and The Tops on The Strip. You know, where theres that giant gaping hole in the design.

    My only problem with it is the same reason it's so darn awesome: This thing is freaking huge! Seriously, it's like a fortress in and of itself.

    I figured out how to get it to work in the NV Geck, but finding a sensible place large enough for this is not going to be easy.

    Have the FONV game, but not installed atm, so you wouldn't be giving me any materials I don't already have.


    Also when creating the SCOL an actual single .NIF is formed in the folder of the same name in your data directory, in sense it's a new model which can't be broken down in GECK unless you actually have the individual parts in the game already.


    It's kinda funny with this whole "what you can upload / what you can't", for fun I tried searching Nexus NV for arms and armors from the game, and I managed to assemble quite a few of them because some people will upload a model slightly modified (yet still reversible) and the same with textures, so it really is a hair fine balance and under that same concept you uploading the SCOL but without the textures would fall under the same category.


    But anyway, if you feel uncomfortable or unsure about uploading it, I will ofc not hold it against you.

    Playing fallen earth you realise how much fallout is missing these.

    Upload the SCOL???? This is the SCOL. Are you asking me to upload the nifs for your custom game as well because thats kind of a tad bit illegal.
