hi Great mod btw but im having issues getting this to work i literally tried everything if you could can you please help that would be awesome. Stay Safe
I cant get it to work. It says I have it on my Mod Manager and I activate it but when i open the game nothing shows up. It just the plain pip-boy 3000. Please Help!
Yeah same here. I don't get the big deal. Not a single Pip-Boy mod on the Nexus does a darn thing for me at all. I've tried so many now. They just seem to do nothing at all. Idk why someone can't just for once upload a Pip Boy mod with an ESP. This doesn't happen with mods that use ESPs....
Update: I was using Fallout 4 Pip-boy mods. I don't why I'm always searching mods for New Vegas, and once and a while the Nexus throws a link in to a F4 mod and screws everything up. 3rd time this has happened to me now. Nexus needs to know NV and F4 are not the same game.
OK try that one, I threw pipboyarm01_n.dds in the archive. Just unrar to data directory and overwrite, like normal.
Also in your post you said font, but I'm guessing you meant front? If it doesn't work for you could you take a screenshot of it, so I have a better idea what is going wrong.
You probably already know this (but just in case you don't). The print screen key (usually in the upper right) will take a screen shot. The screen shot will be in bitmap format in your main fallout new vegas directory. For example mine is "C:\Games\Fallout New Vegas". The file will be named "ScreenShot1" (depending on how many you have).
If you can compress it to a jpg you can add it to the images gallery. If you don't have a utility to do so (gimp etc) you can use an online utility. Failing that let me know and I'll send you my email address.
I believe that the problem you're having is with the pip-boys original "Normal Map" for the texture. Normal Maps handle how the game displays light shading on objects without the need for detailed meshes. To fix this you will need to change the Pip-Boys Normal Map.

It works, people.
Don't bother installing with a mod manager. Just unzip it, drag the "textures" folder into your Fallout New Vegas > Data folder and you're done.
You now have the girliest pip-boy in the Mojave.
Edit: Or just read the description...

Now if I can just get the HUD/UI to be pink I will be set.
