Starke's Classic Armor Overhaul v0.4

This mod aims to restore the balance from the original Fallout titles to armor in New Vegas. This includes a rebalancing of weight and a return to using both Damage Threshold and Damage Resistance on armor to model it's effectivness. Most armor has had it's threshold reduced massivly, and converted into resistance.

This version of the mod is basically little more than a prototype. I am checking to see if this is a viable gameplay change. Further, I have not tested it extensivly at this point, so there are probably some serious balance issues at present.

I suspect this will have to expand into a weapon overhaul as well, but I'm holding off on this at the moment. At present the mod does NOT alter the armor of non-human foes, like robots, deathclaws, or radscorpions.

v0.2 Prototype Release (July 29, 2011)
- Initial Release
- Included seperate packs for all three current DLC releases (Dead Money, Honest Hearts, Old World Blues)
v0.3 Prototype Release (July 31, 2011)
- Reworked all armor from the ground up for (hopefully) better balance
- Modified Toughness to bring it more in line with the classic Perk. (+10% DR with three levels)
- Set fPlayerMaxResistance to 90 (to bring it in line with the classic Fallout damage resistance limit)
- Removed a lot of unused or unmodified armors from the mod to improve compatibility.
- Removed DLC mods from primary download. They will be reposted later as a seperate download pack.
- Updated some File Header data to aid ease of use.
v0.31 Prototype Release (July 31, 2011)
- Updated DLC armor to bring it into line with the new balance from the 0.3 update.
v0.4 Release (October 6, 2011)
- Added Lonesome Road and Courier's Stash .esp files. (Note, the CS is split into four .esps.)
- Removed the Toughness modifications, and reverted it to New Vegas norm, due to bugs associated with enabling and disabling the mod.
- Removed the Mask tag from most eyeware.
- Removed the headband tag from the breather masks in Lonesome Road.
- Revisited all armor statistics, and further reduced thresholds.
- Revised the weight of Lobotomite Jumpsuit 10 -> 2
- Revised Health on most armor.

Known issues:
- v0.3 introduced a revised version of the Toughness perk, updating to v0.4 on a character with three ranks will leave the player character with DR of 30, and no DT. Installing v0.3 on a character with toughness will not convert from DT 4 or 8 to Toughness unless the player takes an additional rank. Toughness has been removed from v0.4 as a result.
- If DT reduces damage to less than 20%, this will "blow through" and apply to Damage Resistance. This can be disabled with other mods. Closer to Fallout - True Threshold by Cpl_Facehugger can be found here: http://www.newvegasnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=34872
- Lonesome Road's Marked Armor are present in the Lonesome Road file, but they are not modified (yet).
- This mod will conflict with any mod that alters the statistics of armor from the official releases in some other way. It should not conflict with mods that alter level lists.
- There is currently no way, that I'm aware of, to display resistance and threshold at the same time. It was due in the next itteration of Darn's NV update.
