    How would you go about fixing the shininess of the texture?

    If anyone still cares, or sees this juuuuuuuust now like I did, the textures won't work as a straight replacer because Old World Blues does not use the lobotomite body textures.

    Why? Probably because the female texture is just a normal map. And no, there is no type 3 version. I couldn't find one.

    Anyway, you will have to manually set the textures in the GECK or FNVEdit.

    I just realized that the chest scar in the normal map doesn't line up. I fixed it for myself but when you can actually see the new skin on the body it appears as a double scar. The other scars do line up though.

    ive been trying to figure it out too and youre right, it's the correct path in FOMM. It's like these dlc's hate having new skins being thrown on them.


    I tried changing the texture paths in GECk and i was succesful pointing to the new textures but the skin on the body is as shiny as fish scales. Has there been any movement on getting these working as i'm sure the way i'm doing it is wrong?


    Edit 2: OK i fixed the shininess. I had to add an alpha channel to the skin and the shininess went away. So, i have it working but i had to edit Roberts OWB.esp, select the Lobotomites in the races menu and change the texture paths to point to the new textures. I'm still not sure why the textures didn't "just work" because you put them into the right paths. IDK, i hope this helps anyway.

    BTW, i might be mistaken but i think i made the Roberts OWB.esp that i mentioned. I can't remember... lol.

    Havenb't tried it yet, but you may need to use the archiveinvalidated tool on FOMM. Oftenretextues dn't wor wihot his being deactivated and reactivated when they're ready. After that if it doesn't work, try waiting 3 in-game days for the cell to respawn.
