About this mod

Puerto de Oro - A \"Port of Gold\" Located south of the Mojave, in Baja California. Built as a twin city to Las Vegas in the pre-war era, it escaped destruction in the Great War due to a nearby naval base built after the occupation of Mexico. Two areas: Palmwood Cove Docks (WIP) and the Murky Rock Canyon (WIP)

Currently under construction... Most assets from this resource are to be included in a new worldspace, which I will upload in a new file (right now the name is a WIP, but the first beta will probably be named something like "Oregon Wasteland" once it has a simple navmesh (so it can at least be used in RTS or Wasteland Defense). There is only one thing that I ask if you use this as a resource, and that is to not copy Palmwood Cove, as I pretty much just ported that entire part to a new worldspace. Anything else is fair game (static collections, buildings, scripts)

**To access**
Two map markers are on the south east portion of the Mojave wasteland, which will take you to the two new worldspaces.

**Feature**
2 new small worldspaces to explore. One is an inhabited dock (Palmwood Cove Docks). The other is an area infested with gouls (Murky Rock Canyon). Both areas are a work in progress.

**If Upgrading to 0.5**

Delete Hazycreekcity.esm and Hazycreekcity.bsa
Explore the LODSettings folder and delete HazyCreekWorld.DLODSettings
Explore to meshes\Landscape\LOD and delete the HazyCreekWorld folder
Explore to textures\Landscape\LOD and delete the HazyCreekWorld folder

0.5.1 - changes + upgrading information
**extract the .7z file and replace the 0.5 esm file with the newly extracted file
-Made a few fixes in Palmwood Cove Hotel Lobby
-Added a group of deathclaws in Murky Rock Canyon, watch out!

**REQUIRES SPEEDY'S RESOURCES**
-Changed the name of the city to Puerto de Oro, name of the docks to Palmwood Cove Docks.
-Reworked the docks worldspace into a bay from a wide river, LOD
-New interiors
-Basic NCPs, added 20 Prospectors. I will be adding more generic and named NPCs in the future, along with teaking the navmesh.

0.4 - changes

-Replaces the one worldspace with two different worldspaces, that hopefully that will be connected by a third and much larger worldspace.

-Removed some of the dock area, and made a new market street.
-There are now 7 ruined shops, a barracks made from a firehouse, casa madrid apartments, and hazycreek common towers.
-The south tower penthouse is free at the moment, but later on will be something you have to acquire.
-Refined some of the navmesh
-Removed the westside sewer entrance. I instead added a pipboy travel marker in the south east of the map. This will take you to the docks. There are 4 other markers you can discover.

-basic exterior navmesh. There are a few errors with it.

Right now I don't think the exterior needs more work. Now I will focus on interiors, navmesh, and then finally population.

Forgot to note, I will optimize the mod later. Currently it is best for the high preset graphics option. With the medium preset, some objects fade in and out (walls and the sidewalk)

To access Hazycreek Port, you must travel to the south gate of westside and then find a sewer grate in the garden like area. I'll post a SS guide of how to get to it later.

**To install**

Move Hazycreekcity.esm,Hazycreekcity.bsa and the three folders to your fallout new vegas data folder.

**To uninstall**

Delete Hazycreekcity.esm and Hazycreekcity.bsa
Explore the LODSettings folder and delete HazyCreekWorld.DLODSettings
Explore to meshes\Landscape\LOD and delete the HazyCreekWorld folder
Explore to textures\Landscape\LOD and delete the HazyCreekWorld folder

**Current Roadmap**
-Fixing up Casa Madrid Apartments
-Re-alining the Ruined Stores and navmeshing the Riverside Apartments
-Redo the Hazycreek Commons Lobby (Main part that looks like Atomic Wrangler)
-Then I'll start populating along with putting the bars/cafes interiors place on the east.

**Help wanted**
I am looking to see if some people are interested in making some quests or such. There are some things that I will not even attempt because of how much work it would take. I am looking for talented modders would like to create something or even port one of their mods into the city. You could release it as a separate mod, or we could work out putting it in the master file.

I am also looking for stuff to fill the shops with. One idea is a clothing vendor. If you have custom armor or clothing, you could make a vendor. If you put everything into a resource, I could also make a vendor if I can get around to it. Anything else could work, as long as it fits the theme.

If you would like to help out on interiors, population or something else, let me know. As I am releasing this as a resource, you can release your own mod as an esp using this one as a master. That way, you can make your own shop or building interior, npcs, or whatever you want. BUT it would be best to integrate it into one mod, as therefore there won't be conflicts between different mods.
