I want to try out this mod, as it's something that I've been searching for for a while, but I'm kinda scared to because of the comments I see here, I understand that this is quite an old addon by now, but would the author please consider revising it to some small degree, to ammend any issues that may be present?
I just had to "correct" my savegame by using the console to remove gecko flamer fuel (FlamerFuelRobot), bloatfly darts and lakelurk "sonic energy." The flamer fuel alone was weighing me down 27.0 and this is ammo that is not usable in any player weapon. Unless the non-usable ammunition is prevented from being picked up, this mod is more of a hazard than a benefit.
Is there a flag in GECK or NVSE that signals that an item is unplayable? In that case the mod would be better off running a check of that sort on the enemy inventory before running a second pass to take valid ammo that doesn't have the flag.
