   far as i can tell this is working ok but try installing it from FOMM to get it working . try this method create folder in DATA put the ESP file in there then at FOMM install it as you would with any other mod

   @scottmack, you are absolutely correct, I meant textures.
   But Still all there is in the download is an ESP. file,and it did not work correctly!
   Oh well I'll keep my eye on this.
