I know this is old, but for those wondering what this does, I just checked in GECK. It gives a slightly longer version of ED-E's enhanced sensors. ES gives a bonus of 1.0 whilst this mods EP gives a bonus of 1.2.
Side note, this is exactly what I was looking for :D I wonder if the two effects stack :D Anyways
It was a experiment in Navarro , the Enclave had used Raptors when NCR and Brotherhood invaded Navarro only a few NCR and Brotherhood were killed as the Raptors couldn't bite through the armor.
you should change the discription because enclave soldiers (also pilots) should have combat traning after joining the enclave what mens they get better when using weapons (cuz why they should give a power armor to first found person ? logic huh ?)
Good thing its a holiday over there man cause you could obviously use a break.
I politely offered some very constructive criticism of what is universally considered a major defect and now your mad. Poor descriptions of mods will get a mod past over every time. Have you looked at descriptions of other mods? One or two vague sentences will not get any downloads or comments.

OK does it just add two points to your perception? Does it do it some other way? Do you really think one sentence is good? You may, and that is fine but if you want people to try your mod you will find that you will need to do better than this. Look at some other successful mods and see what their descriptions are like. Good luck with it all.
Mitchell, what I believe he's saying is that you implied that your picture would elaborate on what the trait actually does. It did not, it just provided more of a back story.
In your brief description you say that there is a better description in the picture. However in the picture you only show the fluff and not anything about what this trait does. You need another picture or two. Also traits are suppose to have positives and negatives. Although we cannot see any real description it sounds like this is more of a Perk. Perks give small benefits and do not really have downsides. Good luck with this.

my guess is it gives you the vision boone gives you when zooming in or something.
But i wouldnt know cuzz i havent tried the mod, and thats pretty much the point kodiak is trying to make.

This is a storyline trait, the picture shows the text describing the characters story.
And 2 or 3 pictures? The one I uploaded summed up the mod just like I only needed half a paragraph to sum up the description.
If you want to offer me pointless criticism to respond to then do so. Tomorrow is a public holiday in my country so I have all night long.
