Glad you found the culprit. Yes, I think I gave the MMUE team permission to add this to MMUE. I am pretty sure I gave permission to a number of 'overhaul' mods to add this (NVEC comes to mind) since it's such a simple fix. So if you are running those mods you won't need SRDG since it's already integrated.
Found out the source, I technically already have this mod through Mission Mojave: Ultimate Edition(Fixes the issue by itself). So this is definitely not compatible with that but is nice by itself for people who don't want MMUE.
I actually don't use the Freeside Overhaul mod but I do use Save Cass. Maybe that's what is causing the twins to appear. Anyways, thanks for the help and the mod.
The reason there is another guard in that same spot is because you are using another mod that also adds a guard to that spot. My guess right now would be that it's the Freeside overhaul mod. One way to fix this would be to disable one of them via the console (pull up console, click on the duplicate guard, and type 'disable')--although that would create issues with Steam achievements if you care about such things. The other method is to edit the other mod via the GECK and remove any entries related to the guard. But really, the simplest alternative is to just not use this mod ">
I don't know how the guard is added in other mods, so I don't know if they are compatible with mods like 'Save Cass.' Conceivably, they should be as long as they are adding the guard via script (like this mod) rather than editing the Gloria questline directly.
I just converted the esp into an esm in order to address any possible issues of 'skin discolourations.' I should have done it a long time ago but I was...lazy.
If you are updating to 1.1 from 1.0, you need to uninstall 1.0 first. Delete the esp and the following directory:
\sound\voice\SRDG.esp\zSRDG\
Then install 1.1.
The reason for this is that because the esp was converted into an esm, the directory path for the guard's voice file also changed. Sorry, but there was no way to avoid this.
For next release, I suggest giving them power armor. Personally, I think for what they do in the section of town they are in, they are under protected.

This file is super old and the last comment is from 2013, wouldn't surprise me if someone else has fixed this in one of the bigger fix mods by now.
